BVIU is an IdentoGO site for fingerprinting applicants. Walk-ins are NOT accepted. All applicants MUST schedule an appointment before arriving by calling 1-844-321-2101 or scheduling online at www.identogo.com. 

If you are being fingerprinted for employment or volunteering, you must have a six character service code to schedule the appointment. This will be provided by your employer or organization and will begin with 1KG followed by three characters. If you miss your appointment, it is your responsibility to reschedule. Please call IDEMIA, toll-free, at (844) 321-2101 with any questions.

Hours
Regular Fingerprinting hours (September to May):
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., closed from noon to 1 p.m. for lunch. 
 
Summer Fingerprinting hours (June to August)
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., closed from noon to 12:30 p.m. for lunch and all-day Friday.

Required Documents
Applicants are required to bring with them several required documents. Primary documents include:

  • Valid PA Drivers’ License or PA State ID Card
  • US Passport
  • Military ID card

Payment is required at the time of fingerprinting. The BVIU accepts:

  • Money orders
  • Business Checks
  • American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA
  • Debit Cards with the MasterCard or VISA logos
  • No-Cost authorization codes from the employer
