📚 What an incredible week for Beaver County educators! 🍎
Thanks to an extraordinary donation arranged and facilitated by the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit, 58 pallets of high-quality educational literacy and reading resources were received into Beaver County. As a result of this generous donation Beaver County School Districts and their K-5 teachers had the opportunity to “shop” for materials to support student learning and reading in their classrooms.
From guided reading sets and vocabulary intervention materials to math manipulatives and thousands of children’s books, Beaver County educators selected resources that will strengthen classroom instruction, build classroom libraries, and put more books into the hands of students.
The excitement throughout the event was contagious as educators discovered new resources and collaborated with colleagues—all with one shared goal: providing the very best learning opportunities for our students.
