Compliance Monitoring
Compliance Monitoring is conducted in six year cycles to assist local school districts with continuous improvement in the area of special education. Special education departments of each district are actively involved in this process. It is aligned with both state and federal regulations.
In an effort to support districts through this process, the Training and Consultation staff can assist in a variety of ways including:
