Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with names added to course rosters in order online registration. All registrations will be conducted online; telephone and walk-in registrations will not be accepted. Please note registration deadlines: Registrants will be charged a $20.00 per course late fee for failure to register prior to course registration deadline dates. In the event of an over-subscription, or if the course is canceled due to other circumstances, registrants will be notified. PARTICIPANTS WITHDRAWING FROM A COURSE AND ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
If you must withdraw from a course before it begins, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your written request and a $20.00 processing fee (money order only) to:
In your written request, please be sure to include your name, phone number, address, and title of the course from which you must withdraw. Participants eligible for a refund will have their fee returned within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
PARTICIPANTS WITHDRAWING FROM A COURSE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
If you must withdraw from a course after the course has begun, you will not receive a refund. All requests must be in writing.
In your written request, please be sure to include your name, phone number, address, and title of the course from which you must withdraw.
If you misplaced your transcript or need additional copies please send your written request and a $20.00 dollar processing fee (money order only) to the address below.
If you need additional copies of your Act 48 course completion letter or research of previous courses taken, please send your written request and a $20.00 processing fee (money order only) to the address below. The charge is per course when researching past course participation.
In your written request, please be sure to include your current name, name at the time you took the course if different, phone number, address at the time you took the course, social security number and the approximate title and date you took the course. Your request will be mailed within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
