Message from the Executive Director

The Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit takes great pride in assisting districts with improving student achievement, implementing new programs and working with them on the state’s recommended initiatives. We also realize that assisting districts in any venture is easy when times are good, both economically and programmatically. It is a true test of character for the BVIU and its employees to do so when times are difficult. We, at the BVIU, stand ready to provide whatever is needed to help a local district succeed and flourish. We accept the challenge to do our very best for all we serve. We ask you to help us meet this challenge by looking to us for help, guidance and support. To all, we say “thank you” in recognizing our efforts to meet the challenges that are laid out before us. In the words of Nelson Mandela: “Education is the most important weapon which you can use to change the world.”
