Laura Trehar - Special Education

I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in education in 1993.  My certifications include Elementary and Special Education. I have worked with all ages birth to adults in my long career as a teacher and caregiver.  I spent 10 years in Randolph County Schools in North Carolina before returning home to Beaver County in 2017 and started working on the Child Study Team for BVIU Early Intervention.  Collaborating with therapists and other professionals and helping young children and families understand the world or EI has been a satisfying career move.
