• Those choosing to withdraw from a course will be charged $20.00 before the registration deadline and the entire course fee after the registration deadline.
• Those registering for a class after the registration deadline will be assessed an additional $10.00 fee.
• A $25.00 processing fee will be assessed for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with names added to course rosters in order of receipt of paid registration. All registrations will be conducted in advance by mail; telephone and walk-in registrations will not be accepted. Please note registration deadlines: Registrants will be charged a $10.00 per course late fee for failure to register prior to course registration deadline dates. In the event of an over-subscription, or if the course is cancelled due to other circumstances, registrants will be notified. All questions or concerns should be directed to the event organizer of your course/workshop. If you are unsure of your event organizer, contact the main office at 724-774-7800 and the receptionist will direct your call appropriately.

PLEASE NOTE:

Participants requesting to withdraw from a course before the registration deadline will receive a refund minus the $20.00 processing fee. Those withdrawing after the registration deadline will not receive a refund.

PARTICIPANTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

If you must withdraw from a course please send a self addressed stamped envelope with your written request and a twenty dollar processing fee to:
