The BVIU Offers Several Programs for Students

These programs are designed with a variety of audiences in mind and generally take place over the course of the summer.

The Regional Choice Initiative program, however, is a program designed for middle school and high school students that runs throughout the year as well as over the summer. This program allows students to take courses from other districts if they are not offered in their own district and/or college courses for dual credit. Additional programming for struggling students is currently being developed. For more information, please click the link above or contact Marianne LeDonne at mld@bviu.org

The Summer Academy for students in grade K-8 has been offered since 1989. This two week enrichment program is designed to foster the creative interests of K-8 students. Topics include, but are not limited to: sports, cooking, science, arts, and nature. Cristine Wagner-Deitch, our Director of Curriculum services oversees this program: clw@bviu.org

The Robotics Academy is a new offering this summer for middle school students. Lori Cermuga, Technoloogy Specialist can answer your questions about the Robotics Academy: lbc@bviu.org
